My dad's surgery was pushed back to January 14th.

Whoever wants 'Canadian-style healthcare' in the US would be heartily recommended to talk to me, please, so I can explain socialized medicine to them.

No a rhetorical question: Is all socialized/public-care medicine the same, irrespective of country?
I ask, because I don't think Americans really know how medicine is really done in other countries, socialized or no.
No question about Hungary, though -- you know first-hand what that country's healthcare is like!

Yeah, some...but spending the Christmas season on drugs is not exactly the best thing...
That's true, especially considering all the holiday things that he usually enjoys doing at this time... ::hugs::
