I want Mushrooms!
Darn, I am craving Nigella Lawson's portabella mushroom sandwich from "How To Eat" something fierce! And it is 3:40 and I am at work.
Sigh. I see now that I'll have to get to the store today. Or tomorrow the latest...

That's so odd - I was just thinking about how good a portobella mushroom sandwich sounds and Nigella's is fantastic (I made it once and even the Lemurhubby thought it was pretty good). Yummers :-)
Yay for the mushroom that almost tastes like meat!
It has to be later this week, I already had some pork out for dinner yesterday, so maybe Thursday when I need to go anyway for milk etc. Unless you two want one for today's dinner, in which case I can stop by the store...:-)
That's ok - let's stick with the low maintainence plan we've got :-)
